Dr Phytos Poetis - an overview

Dr Phytos Poetis studied law in London, he was called to the English Bar in 1961 by the "Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (Barrister-at-Law)". Since being called to the bar he has practised law continuously with his particular interest on the 'theory and practice of international contracts'. Dr Phytos Poetis calls himself an International Lawyer as defined by internationally accepted practices.

Dr Phytos Poetis was appointed in 1965, and still is, Permanent Legal Adviser to the German Embassy in Cyprus.
